General Rules

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jd444 platform and all of its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "User") and the jd444 operator ("we", "us", or "jd444").

jd444 is an online entertainment and betting platform, operated for users in Bangladesh and approved regions. We are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible entertainment environment.

• These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; where there is a discrepancy between the two languages, the Bengali version will take precedence.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register on jd444 and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online betting is completely prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and legally responsible for your own actions.
• You have not previously been banned or removed by jd444.

Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. If any user is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may open only one account on jd444. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and kept up to date at all times. Providing false information will result in account closure.

• Your name, contact information, and payment method details must be accurate.
• Opening an account under someone else's identity is prohibited.
• If you need to update your account information, please contact the support team.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details secure. Never share your password with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

jd444 accepts the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks

Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• jd444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jd444 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met.

• Wagering calculations apply only to the bonus amount (not on the deposit + bonus combined).
• Winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions; these will be detailed on the offer page.
• Bonuses are for personal use only; sharing them with others is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jd444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by the platform. Bets or results displayed due to a technical error may be cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All bets must be placed before an event begins, unless the live betting option is selected.
• If a competition, match, or event is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with the betting policy.
• If a team name or information is displayed incorrectly, jd444 reserves the right to make corrections and cancel any affected bets.

6.3 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated by third-party software providers.
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are impartial.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, jd444 will endeavour to provide a fair resolution.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jd444 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to meet bonus requirements through multiple accounts or strategic betting.
• Using jd444 for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to intrude into or hack the platform's systems.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating an account under another person's identity.
• Illegal or fraudulent activities.

In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, jd444 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

8.2 Closure at jd444's Initiative

jd444 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• Extended inactivity.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
